He was born in Konya Ereğli in 1986. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ereğli and entered Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 2004. He started his film career at Izmir Nazım Hikmet Cultural Centre Cinema Workshop and continued in the field of editing. Since 2006, he has worked as a director, cinematographer and editor in many short films. He continues to edit professionally in the cinema sector.
